While our 3-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in-house, we can host intimate indoor private parties for up to 15 guests set within the living room, the covered sitting area facing the garden and the pool. Our villa is also great for private pool parties as the pool while being open to sky is located in the courtyard of the house offering complete privacy to guests. And at night the pool lights up to suit the mood of the party. For slightly larger scale events, our outdoor patio area in the garden is perfect and can accommodate up to 50 guests. The area is shaded with large overhanging mango trees above the patio. The trees are well lit for after dark events however sound restrictions do apply for parties hosted outdoors. We even have a stunning back light onyx bar. We request guests to be respectful of our neighbours and community by controlling the volume in order to not disturb them. Please note that we only offer our outdoor venue for all events with over 15 guests.

Our outdoor patio in the garden serves as the perfect venue for small intimate weddings with up to a maximum of 50 guests. The cemented patio is adorned with sculptures and pottery from around the world. There’s even a fountain to add to the atmosphere with the pleasing sound of falling water. Our kitchen may be used for preparing snacks or light meals. We even have a shed near the patio that may be used by your caterer. And our back-lit onyx bar may be used to serve drinks to guests. Display your artistic side at Little Siolim. Little Siolim is a great venue to host an art, photography, sculpture, or any other artistic exhibition. The villa is already furnished with art and sculptures from around the world, to create a seamless blend of design and architecture. Even the furniture can be considered pieces of art. For instance, in the center of the open plan living room lays a coffee table made from volcanic lava rock from the sacred volcano Mt Agung in Bali. This table is not only fused with stainless steel to give it a modern feel, it is also sacred and auspicious for Hindu’s. Guests dine on a natural one-piece wooden table, sitting on intriguing dining chairs which at first glance look almost sculpturesque, but are in fact comfortable pieces of teak wood decorated with stainless steel. Just look around the house or garden and you are sure to be inspired. Little Siolim has developed a reputation of being known as a quirky, fun and comfortable art villa in Goa. For exhibitions, artists may use the space as an interactive area, using walls for paintings & photographs, sculptures, indoors as well as outdoor in the Garden Patio, and performances at the Garden Patio under the Mango tree. Little Siolim is lush with 15,000 square feet of jungle area behind the main house. Here, you’ll find a variety of plants, flowers, trees, butterflies and birds. Sometimes even monkeys too. Fruit bearing trees found here include the famous local Mankurad mangoes, coconut, cashew, jackfruit, lemon and others. Across the estate’s boundary is a jungle filled with greenery. This natural oasis combined with Little Siolim’s living space is ideal for an exclusive yoga or wellness retreat experience. These include Ayurvedic, therapeutic massage, detox, weight-loss and nutrition retreats among others. Participants may also include out-house guests who come for day programs only, while in-house guests stay overnight as well.
